Financial Policies

At Skincare Extraordinaire Laser & Med Spa, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of care and service. To ensure that we can continue to deliver exceptional experiences, we have established the following financial policies:

 

  • Appointment Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to provide 48 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling request may result in a fee. 

 

  • Appointment Lateness Policy: If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure that we maintain our schedule.

 

  • Appointment No-Show Policy: We devote our time and attention to you, sometimes 4 – 6 hours, depending on the service, so we can give you the very best results. Failing to show up for an appointment causes delays in our schedule and has an impact on our business and other clients. For that reason, we adhere to a strict appointment no-show policy with no exceptions. If you fail to show up for your appointment, any deposit will be forfeited and 100% of the fees for your service will be charged to your card.

 

  • Deposits: We require a deposit for certain services to secure your appointment time. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your appointment schedule. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

 

  • Follow-up Appointments: Some services may require a follow-up appointment. Whenever possible, we will make every effort to book this at the time of your first service. We ask that you make any permanent makeup follow-up and touch-up appointments with your original artist. This helps you achieve your best result by maintaining a cohesive look and technique from this handcrafted service. 

 

  • Gift Certificates: We offer gift certificates that can be purchased in advance and used toward our services or products. Our gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you lose your gift certificate, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you. To redeem a gift certificate, simply present it at the time of service. If the cost of your service exceeds the value of the gift certificate, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.

 

  • Insurance: We do not accept medical insurance for our services, as they are considered elective by most insurance companies.

 

  • Payment: We accept cash, and credit/debit cards, and offer financing options through third-party providers. Payment is due at the time of service. Some services require a deposit.

  • Permanent Makeup Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $175 is required to hold all permanent makeup service appointments. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. If you need to cancel, the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide 48 hours' advance notice. 

 

  • Pricing Policy: We pride ourselves on offering professional services using the latest technology at an affordable price. We aim to be transparent with our pricing and will provide you with an estimated cost for any service before proceeding with the treatment.

    • Our pricing is based on the cost of materials as well as the expertise and experience of our team.

    • Our pricing is straightforward and upfront. We do not have any hidden fees.

    • We may offer various packages and specials throughout the year to provide our clients with the best value for their money. These promotions may have specific terms and conditions, and cannot be combined with other offers.

    • We understand that financing options may be necessary for some clients, and we offer third-party financing options for certain services and products. Please speak with our team to learn more about these options.

 

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to speak with our team so that we can address any concerns you may have.
