Cancellation policy

You, and your appointment are very important. We reserve your scheduled appointment time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment that you please provide us with a minimum of 48 hour prior notice. This allows us the opportunity to contact clients on our waiting list. We do of course understand that unavoidable circumstances occur and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. That being said, our cancellation fees are as follows:
 
LESS THAN 48 HOUR NOTICE:
     A $35 Fee will be charged to your card on file or added to your next service.
"NO SHOWS"
     Will be charged for the service scheduled.
 
IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR A COMPLIMENTARY "NO CHARGE" APPOINTMENT:
     Your "No Charge" appointment will become fore-fitted, and standard charges will apply to your rescheduled appointment.
 
You may be asked for a credit card for future appointments.
 
Please understand that it is your responsibility to record/remember your appointment in order to avoid a missed appointment or cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call or text to double check any appointments if you are unsure.
 
I truly believe that you should always treat people the way you would want to be treated. This is why if on the day of your appointment an emergency should arise and it is necessary for me to reschedule  your appointment, you will receive $25 off your rescheduled appointment. It is important to me that you know I respect your time as well.
